Configuration Example on Machine Tool
As in the figure, the full interface grants all possible integration of the SeTAC within the machine tool.
The fast relays output provides a direct protection of the machine against collisions and overloads and is further enhanced since threshold limits could be controlled by CNC and adapted to specific process, tool and material. The availability of digital vibration data within the CNC could allow a more sophisticated control over the working process.
The memory content of the SeTAC is then available and downloadable via PC, through CNC or directly via Ethernet enhancing the possibility to control and check the machine health status.
