USB Balancer
PORTABLE VIBRATION ANALYSIS SOLUTION
The balancing of the rotary bodies becomes simple and cost-effective thanks to the USB Balancer, the triaxial analyser which is connected to the PC via USB. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, even the operator without experience can balance any rotary body following an automatic procedure that, after the detection of the initial balancing, suggests in three steps the operations to be carried out for the balancing of the components. At the end of the procedure an automatic report certifies the success of the operation.
The USB Balancer was developed with the aim of combining portability, user-friendliness and high precision.
The rapid and safe installation and the possibility of balancing a rotary body directly on-board machine and without high standstill costs are guaranteed from the absence of any additional components and the fixing through the practical magnetic supports.
Born from the Sequoia IT experience in the sector of balancing in line electrospindles, the USB Balancer has rapidly become the ideal product of the static balancing of grindstones, propeller blades and generally of all rotary bodies with balancing holes that need frequent and cost-effective checking and correction of their unbalancing.
Thanks to the compact dimensions and the high robustness the USB Balancer is highly appreciated in the most difficult industrial sites. The protection level IP67, the resistance to the collision up to 10.000g and the digital communication with high protection from electromagnetic noise make USB Balancer the instrument to be used on site.
The correct calibration of the instrument is always guaranteed avoiding the standard periodical checking since its functioning is based on the acquisition of the vibration through capacitive MEMS sensors. The reliability of the measurements is constantly guaranteed through a self-diagnosis system.
